Description: A patterned chalcedony vein stone fashioned into a lovely chalcedony cabochon. This is a one-of-a-kind pattern discovered after making a few slices on a rock cutter. The clear parts of the stone have a nice yellow flash sometimes called "honey opal", the darker portions have a neat suspended pebble look to them, that has the appearance of sand in water. This stone is unbacked and natural, we use absolutely no resins, dyes or glues in our stone carving processes. We are calling this pattern "storytime chalcedony".
