Here is a large turquoise nugget discovered at Stone Mountain Mine by the Nevada Cassidys. The stone was first carefully ground into and oval shape then with even more time and effort polish all the curves. Once polished the hole position is selected for optimum hang and presentation of the pattern. This stone bears rare red iron marks that sometimes occur at Stone Mountain Mine. This is all natural un-messed-with turquoise from northern Nevada.
