Beaded necklace
Description: This stunning Beaded Turquoise Cabochon necklace and matching earrings was created by Desertwife.
The large beads are Fire polished Czech glass beads and the small ones are Matte finished Czech glass beads.
The length of the necklace is 23 inches and earrings are 1 1/2 inches the cabochons are backed with dark brown suede leather.
This is a fabulous stone from the rocky slopes of Stone Mountain Mine, is part of a large blue turquoise vein we discovered in early 2000. This particular vein bears red characteristics that are synonymous with the mineral limonite. Most of the matrix that comes from this vein is shaded red, orange or maroon and this stone happens to have a wonderful earthy red spiderweb matrix.
